Our flat

Our flat is surrounded by a tiny but charming private garden protected by a vegetal hedge. Through a japanese step we directly access the parking.


 

Our neighbours are discreet and we have no neighbourhood problems.
« Leus Tilholes » residence holds about thirty flats distibuted on three levels. It is located in a peaceful residential district of Bayonne. Though it is near the highway exit of Bayonne north, we only have a quarter of an hour walk to the town center. You can access all shops by walk or bicycle.





The main terrace , south-eastward, makes it possible to eat outdoor.

 


 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 




The kitchen, (well equipped because we enjoy cooking) looks over the dining-room through an american bar.

 


The flat has most conveniences : dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer, Hifi, TV, DVD and a computer with broadband Internet.

You will also find an electric piano, a guitar as well as many books, comic strips, audio CDs and videos.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 



The three bedrooms include 3 double beds and a single bed.
Our flat is comfortable for a maximum of 5 persons.
